Order cancellation

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched — usually within 24 hours of placing it. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, the order can no longer be cancelled; you may return it instead after delivery.

Returns and replacements

Return or replacement requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, free of stains or odour, and has its original tags and packaging intact.

We accept returns for a wrong item delivered, a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or a size exchange. Please share unboxing photos or a short video for damaged or wrong items — it helps us resolve the case immediately.

Not eligible for return

Items that are washed, worn, altered or damaged after delivery, products returned without tags, and items bought in a clearance or final-sale drop cannot be returned.

Refund timeline and method

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick quality check (1–3 working days), the refund is initiated to your original payment method. Refunds are credited back through our payment gateway and typically reflect in your bank or UPI account within 5–7 working days. All refunds are made in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) for the amount actually paid.

For cancellations before dispatch, the full amount including shipping is refunded. For returns, shipping and packaging charges already paid are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged or incorrect.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was debited but your order was not confirmed, it is usually auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days. If it isn't, contact us with the transaction reference and we will get it settled.

How to raise a request

Write to us from the Contact Us page with your order number and photos where relevant. We reply within 24–48 working hours.
