1. Products
We sell apparel — primarily oversized and regular-fit t-shirts. Product photos are shot as accurately as possible, but slight variation in colour may occur between screens and the physical garment. Sizes follow the size chart shown on each product page.
2. Pricing and currency
All prices on this website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping, packaging and any other charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. We may change prices or discounts at any time; the price shown at the moment you place the order is the price that applies to that order.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received. If an item goes out of stock after you order, we will cancel that item and refund it in full. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, or where pricing or stock information was clearly incorrect.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment partner (Cashfree Payments) over a secure connection. We support UPI and other methods offered by the gateway. We never store your card, UPI PIN or banking credentials on our servers.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship across India. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days and delivered within 4–8 working days depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or public holidays.
6. Returns
Returns, replacements and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
7. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, photographs, logos and content on this site belong to CoZeo and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
8. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
